If any part of the form confuses you, feel free to contact our office or ask about it upon your arrival.
Dental Insurance and Payment Options
We accept many dental insurance plans. For full insurance information, please contact our office. If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t worry. We accept cash, checks, and most major debit and credit cards. Our office expects payment at the time of service, but we do provide payment plan and financing options to ensure you can afford the dental care you need.
Financing Your Dental Care
Our office works with a financing company called CareCredit to aid you in making payments on treatments if you have no insurance or insurance covers only part of a treatment. CareCredit can provide low to no interest financing with flexible and affordable monthly payments.
The approval process for working with CareCredit is quite simple. Enjoy the peace of mind that your necessary dental procedures won’t harm your monthly budgets. Visit carecredit.com for more information.
